Aircraft 28VDC Power Supply Model M-162
The 28 VDC Aircraft Power Supply has been designed to enable our customer’s product to operate from 28 VDC aircraft power. Originally the product was designed to operate from 110 VAC 400 Hz aircraft power. Eon was contracted to re-design the 110 VAC power supply to operate from 28 VDC aircraft power while maintaining all of the existing features of the original supply. The Aircraft Power Supply is qualified to meet the EMC and environmental requirements of RTCA / DO-160C Category A / Z for commercial aircraft. The Power Supply includes input and output filtering, input power monitor, input power fault detection, power-up soft start & delayed start, line and load regulation, hold-up for input power interruption and hold-up for external memory during input power interruption. This power supply is an example of Eon’s ability to modify an existing product to meet new requirements.
